3.1 7-Day Inspection Period
If your collectible arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken joints, missing game components, or significant box crushing), please notify us within 7 days. We offer a replacement or a full refund once our vault team reviews the photographic evidence of the damage.
3.2 Returns for Collectors
To maintain the value of our inventory for the community:
- Opened Items: Due to the nature of collectibles, we cannot accept returns for action figures or board games once the factory seal or “shrink wrap” has been broken.
- Unopened Items: Can be returned within 7 days if they are in their original, pristine shipping condition.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for “change of mind” returns is the responsibility of the customer.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the item passes our “Condition Check” at our Islamabad hub.
