2.1 Product Condition & Box Integrity
We understand that for collectors, the packaging is as important as the product. Board Trove guarantees that all items are “New in Box” (NIB) unless explicitly stated otherwise. While we employ industrial-grade shipping protection, minor shelf wear on outer boxes is considered standard in the hobby. High-value items are shipped with “Collector Grade” protective sleeves where noted.
2.2 Intellectual Property
All custom product photography, cinematic “unboxing” videos, and unique category descriptions on boardtrove.store are the exclusive property of Board Trove. Unauthorized use of our media for resale or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Pre-Order & Allocation Policy
Due to the rarity of high-end board games and action figures, some items are sold via pre-order. Pre-order dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and are subject to change. In the event of manufacturer allocation cuts, orders will be fulfilled on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
